PILLOWASH

Welcome to Pillowash! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.

These terms apply to both Pillowash ("we" / "merchant") and you ("affiliate") who refers customers to our products. By joining, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't register.

1. Approval

We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval can also be revoked if these terms are broken.

2. Your links and coupon

You'll get a unique affiliate link automatically, and we may assign you one personal coupon code for your followers. If a customer both clicks your link and uses your code, you earn commission once, not twice. Please only promote a coupon code we've assigned to you. You may promote Pillowash on social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, blogs, etc.).

3. Commission and payment

You earn 15% of the sale value on referred orders (excluding tax, shipping, and tip). Commissions are approved after the 30-day return window on the referred order. We pay monthly via PayPal once your approved, unpaid balance reaches $25 (if you do not use PayPal, we can arrange a bank transfer); smaller balances roll over to the next payout. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back do not earn commission. You're responsible for your own taxes; US affiliates may be asked to provide a W-9 before payout.

4. Cookie window

We use a cookie to track customers who click your link. The window is 90 days from the click or coupon use — any order that customer places within 90 days earns you commission. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we may not be able to track them.

5. Honesty and FTC disclosure (required)

You must clearly disclose your relationship with Pillowash — including free product and commission — on every post that mentions us, in a way that's easy to see (e.g. #ad or "Pillowash partner" at the start of the caption, said out loud and shown on screen in videos, and near any link). A discount code alone is not a disclosure. Only review the product if you've genuinely used it, and share your honest opinion. We will never ask you to post a fake or positive-conditioned review.

6. What you may not claim

Please don't make health or medical claims we haven't given you in writing — for example that the product is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, "kills dust mites," or prevents allergies, asthma, or acne. Don't state where the product is made. Stick to your real experience.

7. Prohibited promotion

No coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty-cashback sites. No bidding on "Pillowash" or our brand terms in paid search. No self-referrals (buying through your own link/code). Violations void the related commissions.

8. Marketing materials

We may share photos, product info, and brief talking points with you. You may use them as long as your posts stay truthful and reflect your real experience.

9. Leaving the program

You can leave anytime by contacting us at support@pillowash.com. We'll pay out any approved balance you've earned.

Thanks for partnering with us — go forth and refer! Questions? Email support@pillowash.com.
